A full conversion creating 28 homes for Hull residents. We had a satisfying time converting the old YPI building into a modern, warm and high-end block of flats.
The Challenges
We had to work around the fact that the YPI building is a Grade 2 Listed building in a conservation area and still managed to conduct a successful make-over and full domestic conversion.
